Please note:
If you have already received activation codes, you will need to let team@playermaker.com which players on your team are leaving. We are able to share activation codes if there is a player coming in to replace a player that is leaving. If there is a player that is coming in to the squad, but no player leaving, you will need to purchase a subscription for that player. If there are any additional devices or players joining the club, a subscription would need to be purchased for those.
