Note: In order for the session to be displayed in the dashboard, you must have:
- At least 1 player with valid data
- Session duration longer than 10 min and covered more than 300m OR had 20 touches of the ball
Solving your issue:
- Go to the SQUAD-ops app and make sure the data uploaded successfully
- Make sure the iPad is connected to the internet
- Make sure the iPad's Bluetooth is ON
- If data upload status is incomplete, press the session line (as in the above picture)
- Verify which sensors did not upload
- Reset the sensors by holding the power button for 12 seconds
- Wait 30 sec for them to connect
- If the session still is not showing in the dashboard, contact team@playermaker.com
