For the app to send the information to the server, you must have a valid internet connection
Both syncing progress bars, in your Playermaker SQUAD-ops app, should reach 100% for all the data to be uploaded
- Make sure you have stable internet connection (wifi icon is green) - Hotspot from your phone can be used if wifi is not available
- Verify that all of the sensors sync data to the app
- Press "Sensors Boot Drawer" and wait for all sensors to connect
- Hard reset the sensors that did not upload the data to the dashboard
- Wait 30 sec for them to connect again
- Wait 10 min for the missing data to upload to the cloud
