App isn't sending the information to the server?

For the app to send the information to the server, you must have a valid internet connection

Both syncing progress bars, in your Playermaker SQUAD-ops app, should reach 100% for all the data to be uploaded

1. Make sure you have stable internet connection (wifi icon is green) - Hotspot from your phone can be used if wifi is not available
2. Verify that all of the sensors sync data to the app
3. Press "Sensors Boot Drawer" and wait for all sensors to connect
4. Hard reset the sensors that did not upload the data to the dashboard
5. Wait 30 sec for them to connect again
6. Wait 10 min for the missing data to upload to the cloud
